  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped Use ripe tomatoes for best flavor.
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped Fresh basil is preferred over dried.
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction This enhances the flavor of the dip.
Dippers
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette Choose your favorite crunchy snacks for serving.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Alouette cheese, chopped tomatoes, chopped basil, and balsamic glaze.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Stir before serving. Consider adding garlic powder or minced garlic for extra flavor. Customize with olives, bell peppers, or crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
